It's genuine, more genuine than your players sportsmanship. Players livelihoods always come first, junior football won't feed you, unless you were playing for Rob Roy a few years back. I'm gutted to see Findlay go and hope something can be sorted around the work commitments. Might be a bit tenacious and tough tacking but was never sent off and he's a winner. An asset to any club.
