You'd obviously expect Kelty to win the East of Scotland League although it won't necessarily be very easy as LTVH and Leith are clearly Lowland League quality playing-wise but are stuck in the EoS because of licensing issues. I'd be very surprised if Kelty didn't finish top of the EoS and I guess they'd be favourites to win the Lowland League too (although there could be another ex-SPFL club or two in the league by then depending on how promotion/relegation goes this/next season.
