Davis Love III 17, 9, 23, 152 Michael van Gerwen was unstoppable in Dublin, but the Prediction League went right down to the last dart and his 160 finish. Congratulations to Same_Ol_G35! His correct score was enough to edge ahead of The Naitch, who would have taken the title had the result been 5-3. It also came after a perfect performance in the Semi Finals, which brought him to within touch of the summit. It's all about timing, and his was perfect, coming after a narrow runner-up finish at the World Matchplay. Well deserved and I'll be in touch about that charity donation! Diamond_For_Life also predicted the final correctly, securing his second runner-up place of the year by a point from the Premier League winner. F_T_Y completes a solid week in fourth, while Stuarty edged ahead of the defending champion, Callum-Ayr, who admittedly took an aggressive gamble with his prediction tonight. And yours truly completed a miserable seven nights in last place! Onwards and upwards, November's Grand Slam of Darts is next, before the World Championship in December. See you all then!
