In Parliament the opportunity was the vote for the Customs Union which would have had a majority if it was supported by the SNP and Lib Dems. Since 1950...almost 70 years ago....Labour have formed the UK government for a massive 5 years (if you exclude the 'hated' Tony Blair years). UK voters will never, ever vote in a Corbyn-led Labour administration. The country hasn't voted in a socialist administration since 1945.
