SNP should offer May their votes in exchange for authorising an indy ref at a time of their choosing. And 5 Billion pounds.

Surely any sort of compromise with the Tories is anathema to them? I know he's out on his ear now but Salmond on election night 2015 springs to mind.

Why do that when we can just demand independence along with our share of UK assets, the removal of faslane and full control over our oil fields.

Let's all take a minute to remember "Strong and Stable".

There’s a number of really important issues here that could have a detrimental effect on our economy and society for years to come and that be at the forefront of our thoughts.

That said I am petty and vindictive enough to admit that if Theresa May’s premiership goes down in flames I will take enormous pleasure from it for years to come.

Boris was looking fucking furious when Joanna Cherry and another SNP MP ripped him apart for an awful speech. He was asked if he had ever been to Crossmaglen and South Armagh to ask people how they would be affected by new border, and he replied that he had many times visited "err um, the places you mentioned". Lying fucker.

Just remind yourself that she was still cheerleading for austerity less than a fortnight ago. She's a scumbag.

That's a decent point actually. Completely agree with what she said there but it's strange that she doesn't use the same logic when considering the hardship that austerity has brought onto people.

Watching the news as the lastest clusterf*ck unfolds and it's mad how blasé we've become about the mess we're in.

There are three weeks to go and, not only have we not got a deal, we still haven't agreed what we even want. If you had said that to anyone on either side the day after the referendum, it would have seemed insane.

You have to say that Cox has come out of this as principled - despite all the pressure he's stuck, quite rightly, to his guns.

May is fucked (again).

In all honesty, it's the minimum we should expect from an Attorney General.

If it gets up to 40 by 7.00 she will only lose by 150 votes.

Probably, just thinking that had she delayed thw vote 24 hours that steady trickle of reluctant No to Yes Tories may have turned into a flow. Any number of Labour MPs dying to back the deal if they thought it had a hope in hell of passing...
