even Blair should know that his name behind anything is toxic unless he's flogging PR to a dictator.

On that note...

Even when he’s trying to have an influence on frontline politics again he can’t resist cuddling up to the fash

Definitely looks like the Tories are going to be whipped to support the Murrison amendment.  Absolute desperation from May and total dishonesty too.

If this happens and she wants to return to Europe I hope they don’t even meet with her, just tell her that it’s not up for discussion.

Interesting that ardent Brexiteer James Dyson announced moving his base to Singapore a few months after they signed a free trade deal with the EU, whilst advocating a no deal exit for the UK.

Nice to see vile James Delingpole got his arse handed to him on This Week last night. Rest of it is on iplayer.

And here's him crying about it to Breitbart.

David Davis was on the ball about this, as usual.

Are the Leaver c***s ever going to be pulled up on the drivel they were spouting? It should be headline news. But Meghan Markle's got a new fucking handbag...

The main issue with "unilateral free trade" is that it's absolutely bonkers. No wonder it's difficult to defend. If people were spouting the same kind of shite about, for example, climate change they'd be banned from the TV.

Not necessarily. The BBC, for example, in its never-ending quest of pretending to be neutral, has (until recently) ensured that climate change denial got an equal amount of airtime to the facts. They do it all the time.

"Here's Dr John McWeather, with two PhDs in climatology, here to explain why climate change is happening. And to debate him, we have Gammon McGammon, a 'man with a van' who specialises in fly-tipping, who says climate change isn't happening because it's cold outside today"

Before he went insane Graham Linehan did a good bit where he was invited onto the Today programme and fucked off halfway through because he said their adversarial format was ridiculous. Right enough.

Have to say I like Robert Peston's Wednesday night show on STV for its less hostile approach, but it's great to see numpties who blag their way through life trying to be controversial without knowing what they're talking about ripped a new one occasionally. Here's another time for James.

Don’t like quoting myself, but it looks like Europe are going to tell May that the only way to time limit or get rid of the backstop is if she accepts a permanent CU.

Nothing surprising there, I just expect her to stick her head up her arse during the debate and ignore the reality that she herself has repeated throughout the negotiation process.

Well that all seems clear enough, and I'm beginning to wonder where that nice Mr Hammond is getting his ideas from.

I think we can expect reams of 'vindictive Europe' headlines tomorrow, and it will be interesting to see what flat-earthers Marr has on tomorrow.

James Delingpole? Right wing neocon. Writes for Telegraph, Spectator, Breitbart. Made his name making hay out of the University of East Anglia's climate research unit's email leaks, which was taken up by American fossil fuel interests and will have played its part in America's retreat from leadership on action on climate change. Evil to his core.
Flint looked quite pumpable on that clip. Just saying.....

America has only ever led on destroying the climate.
