As you can revoke article 50 on a whim now if a 2nd referendum does happen and remain win then there should be another vote in 2 years so it's best of 3. It's only fair.

Aye but the EU buying up huge amounts lowers the borrowing costs of the corporation issuing them.

Many large EZ corporations - Telefonica, InBev, EDF, Daimler, VW - are being supported this way. It is 100% state aid.

What's his plan then? All I get is that he expects to be part of a customs union and closely aligned with the single market without freedom of movement or rule taking, and the UK being involved in EU external trade negotiations. Where would they invest their money instead if they're looking for a low risk return? All Banks do this, including Central Banks.

Secondly yes it is.

Let’s look at the context.  May has been PM for 29 months.  She has been negotiating Brexit since day 1.  She finally reached an agreement with the EU that she said was the BEST DEAL possible and the ONLY DEAL and was NON NEGOTIABLE.

She set a date for a vote on this deal despite every indication it would not pass.  She allowed three days of debate then pulled the deal.  She has been back to Brussels THREE TIMES to try to get concessions on a deal that she said was the best deal she could get and has returned with nothing.

Any reasonable media outlet would be calling her out for the absolute f**k up this has turned into.  Given many/most folk never get beyond reading the headlines then the BBC website fails to capture what has happened.

It probably is the best deal possible given her red lines, which Corbyn shares.
