Brexit slowly becoming a Farce.

All of this, of course, is just to deflect from what should be the main story at the moment. The Tories accused Russia of an act of war, yet let a team from the UK go and compete in a sports competition (albeit a fair sized one). They were probably hopeful that England would have been back on the plane home by now no one having noticed they were there. No, instead they're a game away from the final and the story rears its head again with a death from a chemical weapon of a British citizen, on British soil, with the Tories already having Russia called out as responsible.

To not pull the England team out of there now is either lunacy of extremely weak government or it suggests they do not believe Russia to be responsible. They can't have it both ways.

Aye, cos the biggest political farce arguably in the last century is being played out so a football team can still compete in a sports competition?

Whispers Tory MP s have reached the magic number of the 48 letters required to force a confidence vote - no way of knowing yet if true - meeting at 5.30

Popcorn? Jelly & Ice Cream? Take your pick.

Earlier on the BBC ticker tape thing was saying that minister after minister will continue to resign until may backs down.

I quite like this kind of political drama tbh. It's absolute farce but good entertainment.

It's going to take at least 70 Labour votes to push this through.

To get the votes May will need to opt for a super soft Brexit. Ideally this brings down May and the Blairites before the end of the year. Jess Thicko Phillips was tweeting support for May today.

The worst thing is that large parts of the country will hold these charlatans up as some sort of principled martyrs.

Let's be clear: from the very start, the government had absolutely no idea how to go about any of this. If the Brexiteers had manage to come up with even the semblance of a plan that was practical, acceptable to the EU and not complete economic suicide, May would have bitten their hands off. The fact is that, after TWO WHOLE YEARS of running the departments responsible for Brexit, they have achieved the square root of f*ck all. Instead, we get the same incompetent arseholes wittering on with the same vapid slogans on an endless loop, like f*cking dementia patients.

That they've now slithered away from taking any responsibility for the massive shitshow that they've created is an outrage. They should be run out of the country.
