I see the player sponsorship is back to £50 again from  £100.

I used to sponsor but stopped when it went up to £100

Guessing this is because of the "law of diminishing returns "?


You've confused diminishing returns with price elasticity.

£50 is a better price.

Definitely the NL. You can see the pylons in the Rochdale game from 91-92.

Original lights were erected in 1980 and bulbs were upgraded prior to FA cup match v Bolton Wanderers in 1993.

old heads were sold to Annan Rugby club

The official opening of the floodlights was Tuesday Nov 2nd 1982 with a Friendly against Newcastle United. Teams were: Gretna - Ball, Brown, Smillie, White, Black, Williamson, Monaghan, Devlin, Skelton, Rayson, Kirkbride, Latimer, Douglas, Percival, Boyd, Herring. Newcastle United - Hardwick, Craggs, Saunders, Headworth, Halliday, Johnson, McDonald, Willis, Cartwright, Thompson, Todd, Ferris, Haire.
