Queenserse
Change printers and try harder to sell it. Why? Programmes are interesting social history but they have had their day. We produce a free up to date team sheet for every match rather than a list of possible players. Most people get club news and information from our club website. When we need to contact fans urgently we send broadcast email messages.

I disagree interest in ours is as high as ever - and while most information is available on the Internet etc there's still something great about getting something in print. Make it a reasonable size, sell it for £2 and over the course of the season it'll make a profit.

Teamsheets are a great idea, every northern league game I've attended has had either team sheets or the teams posted by the entrance, I think every LL club should produce them at least so total strangers know who the players are but...... Programmes at least give brief descriptions on players. Not everyone in the modern world is up to date with social media either to receive emails or even look at websites. There are probably a lot of elderly followers of LL sides who don't take to modern technology.
