JMDP
Strange game last night. Atleti dominant in the first half and really should have scored a couple. Barca inched their way into the game and Messi did what he does. Really nice goal. The league looks a two horse race now but more silly points thrown away by Atleti. Not all doom and gloom though. There is definitely hope for Atletico in this side as so many new signings gel together. The defensive unit is strong, just more creativity in the middle needed and another striker to give a different option. Very much a transition year and should be going full tilt at Europe and Copa del Rey.

MONKMAN
That Suarez goal is ridiculous. Lionel Messi is on another level to anyone else.
J_Stewart
Lionel Messi is the top scorer in La Liga. He missed the first 7 weeks of the season. He has scored once every 68 minutes, and has 5 assists on top of that. Utterly peerless. We will never see anything like him again.

Robin.Hood
Rayo Vallecano v Albacete in Spain's second division was abandoned tonight. The reason? Fans of left-wing Rayo chanted and had banners calling Roman Zozulya (formerly of Rayo) a Nazi. Context: a match in Spain has never been abandoned for racism, homophobia, hate crimes. The pictures wont upload from Twitter.Seems to be happening a lot more these days games getting abandoned

One white guy gets called a Nazi and the game is off.

TavTastic
Ramos will probably get the most appearances in Clasicos of any player ever tonight. I've gone for Barca at a decent price at 4/6. They've not lost to Real in the last 6 games against them.
