JMDP
Lovely seeing Real beaten again. Shame Atleti couldn't take three points off Villarreal today. Pretty lucky to get one in the end. Oblak is some boi. -

Granny Danger
Two incredible double stops from Ter Stegen, very composed fourth from Rakatic, Dembele is not Barca quality though Arthur is looking a very good acquisition.
Afro
Ter Stegen is the best keeper in the world, I reckon. Keeping Barcelona in games they maybe should be dropping points in rather consistently, and still relatively young for a keeper as well. Just a shame he can’t seem to displace Neuer for Germany. Wouldn’t be surprised to see Lopetegui emptied by next week. Seemed a strange appointment to me at the time and their results have been hilariously bad. Watched a bit of the game earlier on and nothing seems to be going right for them, rather delightfully.
Granny Danger
Messi out for three weeks and will miss the Classico. Great pity.

Ira Gaines
The Atletico Madrid/Real Sociedad game has been a bit shit. Atletico easily in control here, but Sociedad have been total muck. Thank f**k someone got a goal. Will hopefully give the second half some life.
Ira Gaines
Cracking goal in the second half to seal the game for Atletico but it never really got any better.
JMDP
As routine a 2-0 win for Atletico as you will see. In total control the whole game. Lovely goal from Filipe Luis to seal the win on an absolutely freezing night in Madrid. For the first time at the metropolitano though, I had utterly no idea where the away fans were. Seemed like there were none. -
The Master
Barcelona well in control. 2-0 up, second from a Suarez penalty given by VAR. Stonewaller. Real Madrid with a couple of chances but they look really poor.
Guest Moomintroll
That'll be Spurs looking for a new manager then. Not that the baldy weasel will care as he will undoubtedly get yet another bonus from whatever ludicrous compensation the Madrilenos pay to get Poch.
Granny Danger
Pretty comfortable first half for Barca, missing Messi less than I thought they would but that’s probably down to how poor Madrid have been.
