Also, if EK drew one of the games they could still win the title later that evening if 'Shire failed to beat Hawick. Oddly enough the title was won on the groundhop weekend 2 years ago. I can't recall off-hand when exactly it was won last season, slightly later IIRC.

HibeeJibee
Neither EK or 'Shire play next weekend, so if EK beat Hawick a week on Tuesday it potentially comes down to the following Saturday.

selfassemblyshire
Congratulations EK! It's been a fantastic season for you guys with some of the results you've got. The_Judge
Cheers fellas, it has been a very good season and it says a lot for you that despite us having only lost 2 league games all season it's still not been secured until today. It marks a real high point for us and in terms of the history of the club it's a proud achievement but with the prize of a place in SPFL Division 2 up for grabs it's hard not to think what if...............

johnmc80
Well done to all at ek. Brilliant to finally win the league after a few years of coming close. Great league, possibly as strong as its ever been this year. Still alot of work to get through highland play off never mind spfl play off. Hopefully final push can do it. If not i will happily be back watching the lowland next season.

The Mantis
Well done EK. I thought the HL/LL champions did it year about? In that case it would be at EK on the 29th.
