St Johnstone v The Green Half of the Establishment, Saturday 20 August 2016

Can't complain when you set up to allow the best team in the league all the time and space they want in your half. It utterly amazes me play the exact same way against them every single game despite they fact they always batter us due to it. We'll go two up front eventually and start creating chances, like we always end up doing when we've already lost the game

Seeing teams do it frustrates me, but you've got to take into account that Celtic are doing well at pegging you back. As I said, though, it makes for a poor spectacle, and it's always an inevitability that the opposition will score.

It's madness. We're so good at pressing sides yet never bother against this lot

Chris Sutton is quite fond of himself, isn't he?

ETA: Alston anonymous as per usual.

ETAA: I thought the plan was for that chap Clark to be in goals for St Johnstone this season.  Was that just a P&B assumption?

Was impressed by Alston at Falkirk last year but he was poor and quiet today

To be fair he's never played at this level before.

The assumption was that Mannus, who was awful last season, would start behind Clark, who was far better and ended last season number one.

Nobody knows why Mannus suddenly got back into the team.

That sounds familiar.
