If you look at say Birmingham as a middle of the championship team and the value of their players or signed jota for 6.5 million. Outwith old firm think Paul Bernard for 1 million is the record signing. Although money isn’t everything this has a big impact. Also how many Scottish premier league players were at the World Cup / play international football?
