So who will win the Derby tonight Wigtown or Newton. I think Wigtown will continue there good record against there local rivals & win it 4-1

Wigtown won 2-0, could've been more tbf! Good game to watch. Buddha sent off for Newton (one of many poor decisions by the referee)

Think the " could have been more" is a bit biased. Newton had a good percentage  of possession and due to good defending by Wigtown and Newton wanting to play one pass too many they could not capitalise.

Good game good crowd and good atmosphere.

Could have been more, you can't argue with that... Wigtown could have easily had a few more if it wasn't for Drysdale in the Newton goal.

Newton did have possession but until the red card didn't really threaten the Wigtown goal too much.

As usual, big crowd for the derby and a good atmosphere

Newton had the lions share of the position but can't remember them having one clear cut chance. The Wigtown defence kept them quiet all night. Wigtown didn't have many chances either, both teams final pass was lacking. To be honest Miller was the difference, he took his goal well it was a cracker & he was the only player that looked like making something happen. It was a tight game with chances few & far between, Wigtown killed the game in the last 5 mins to make it 2-0. It was strange to see big Buddha in a Newton shirt, I thought I would never see that. The big man deserved his straight red it was a shocking tackle on a guy who was his team mate for the last 5-6 years.

Agree with Info , was at the game and only one team looked like scoring second half as Newton pushed on but fair play to Wigtown overall deserved the win

Oh dear Rab, now you have been "outed" by eyewell,  everyone can see what you are really like. For a manager to come on here and bad mouth players, some that have had a decent proffesional career really shows your true colours. No other manager in the south would pull a stunt like this, FACT. Thought you were well informed, didnt click it was you. Your club must be really proud of you ! Next time you are at Wigtown, chap the door and come in and give us a laugh. You wont need to open the door, you can slither under it.!

Wel Rab, looking forward to seeing you tomorrow night at Wigtown. Mind and give the dressing room door a chap and come in and see us, could do with a laugh, Oldcenterhalf haha
