Buckie - went to the pub that has now made The Sun - dodgy (in the brothel sense) but we missed all of the fun it appears. The Thistle Lounge was brilliant and we NEARLY got a lock in. Some guys bought a carry out and went to drink it at the harbour at 1am. hey put it in the seas to keep it cool and the tide took it away! Keith - Drank in a hotel on the way to the ground, then in a public park (our very own T in the Park) further up the hill. The Keith social club was great fun and one of the Buckie guys had come along to watch too. Gave him a slagging with the help of the Keith Comittee guys. Then we all got stuck into Huntly. Ton legend Joe Caven (lives in Nairn) was at the game and was given a loud cheers as he told some of his memories of playing alongside McGraw. Banff - Spent the whole afternoon and evening in The Market Arms Hotel (briefly remembering that there was a match to go to). Owner (Joe Corrigan - not that one) presented one of us with a Sweatshirt commemorating the Ton v Deveronvale Cup tie last season. His pals owned the chippy and so they took our orders and brought back grub too. We were there long after closing time. To anyone we encountered during the tour - cheers.
