Now available on backwards compatibility, and a lot of dlc available for free (for now). If you don't have it I recommend it very highly, it is available to download for about £6.

There is quite a few dlc's which are free for the game, the only trouble is that it won't let me download any of them, it just keeps coming up that something has went wrong. Is anyone else having this issue? It only seems to effect the dlc for RDR which is quite annoying but I won't be playing the game straight away anyway.

Never played this the first time round so have jumped on it now. About 2 hours in and enjoying it a lot so far! What's with all the cow herding shite though?

Forgot how glorious this game is... trying to shoot the hats of people only to shoot them in the head... hearing the Wilhelm Scream... helping someone out against bandits then killing them regardless...

A beautiful game filled with emotion and set in a stunning location. Accompanied by a near flawless soundtrack.

Many hours were spent on the in-game gambling as well - Liar's dice in particular.

I'm playing through this now to get all the online trophies for it on the PS3. My advice to anyone who hasn't played it is to make a point of playing it immediately.

Completely forgot about one of the best parts of the game; the song that plays when you first get to Mexico

I'm going to have to go and download this now, aren't I?  It's a superb game.  I've never been so emotionally invested in a computer game as I was during Red Dead.  The ending was like something out of a movie.

One of the very best games of all time, a truly magnificent experience from start to finish. John Marston's one of my favourite video game characters and the supporting cast, the missions and side quests, the music and the gorgeous graphics make it such an immersive experience.

The only sandbox game I've ever achieved 100 per cent completion in too, as it happens.

Did anyone else keep playing over Marston's murder to try and kill all the attackers with dead eye before they killed him?

I'm absolutely loving having another play through of this. What a badass Marston is.
