The first part of the plans are in for Holm park, just floodlights and fencing at the moment

Good news, 3g pitch part of first phase, maybe don't need planning permission for that.

3G is state of the art. There are various grades of 3G. There is no such thing as 4G, despite the term being widely used as the next step up from 3G.
