jagfox
Not an expert about the Welsh team but surprised to see how solid the defence was. They'll piss on the Portugese. Well, they play a defensive formation of 3-5-2/ 5-3-2 for a start.

dogmc
12 players on books of premier sides and they are all youngish apart from Williams plus bale. We can only dream of that Tbf Coleman has done a cracking job as manager. Yeah they have some v good players n a couple of stars but they are such a well bonded unit. Every player busts a gut for their team mates.
The Naitch
Wales and Portugal in a semi final. Fucking disgrace. Football is dead. Boo fucking hoo. That was joyous tonight. Now hope they rip Ronaldo and co to shreds.

Aladdin
Fair play to Wales. Did really well to take advantage of a weak Belgian defence and then to shut the Belgians out when they got the lead. Got to fancy their chances against Portugal.
newcastle broon
Not an expert about the Welsh team but surprised to see how solid the defence was. They'll piss on the Portugese. Neither are a lot of folk Gareth Bale this Gareth Bale that a lot of their success has been down to their defence. Don't think they conceded many in qualifying

Ro Sham Bo
Wales have been a breath of fresh air in this tournament. With a hint of sheep-shit. They've been crap. Just like almost every other side in no the tournament. It's been like the international equivalent of the Fife Cup.
cyderspaceman
Copying the Iceland chant is embarassing New it isnae. We'll be doing it. Good fitba chants, songs, actions are always copied. It's a sign of respect.

the_team_for_me
That's as about as Nationalist as they get - sing the anthem then vote UKIP. politics is for c***s. Ukip havent done as well in wales as people think. Its that fucked up voting system they have. Also the eu vote was won by 80,000 votes. The english born population in wales is 400,000. Most are old torys who hate anything welsh.
s_dog
Yes, if only they had some Reading and Nottingham Forest level players to call on. Poor Belgium. Cool story. There team tonight was shite. James Chester is in the semi final lol Second choice goalie for crystal palace in goal Wales are all about the team than individual players. Whereas Belgium are pretty clearly the opposite of that. Just saying, the defence is the weakest part of that Belgium team, it was even weaker tonight, and it showed. The rest of the team were fairly mince too mind you As much as they should have had a penalty to put them level against 10 men, they can't bring luck into it. They're the ones who missed two absolute sitters at 1-1 and 2-1 and they're the ones who gave away three shocking goals, as well worked as two of them were from Wales' perspective. If they'd done their own job properly they wouldn't have had to rely on the referee and Wilmots is going to be gone within the next hour as a result. Yep agree with that, I'm not defending Belgium in any way. They were poor tonight, still a bit hard done by not to have been given the opportunity to level it against 10-men, but they got what they deserved tonight, and so did Wales. heedthebaa
Great result, not quite sure if it will boil the English or the Scottish more. Hope they turn over the Portugese and get in the final

sydney
They've been crap. Just like almost every other side in no the tournament. It's been like the international equivalent of the Fife Cup. They were very good today and against Russia, decent enough versus Slovakia and poor versus England and N Ireland. Not the best tournament I've seen, but at least we've got quarter and semi finals with some nations that nobody expected to do well. Adds a lot of interest in my view.
