Games on TV for new season

Recommended Posts

That was my thoughts. If it is still six games only and you can guarantee home games against those sides are on then it only leaves two spare.

Positive being much less friday night football (one assumes the fans of those clubs can't be trusted with an evening ko for tv)

Seems to be less games on TV this season?

Some strange ommisions also, no Aberdeen-Hearts or Celtic-Aberdeen.

No lower league games at all & no sunday games.

They'll announce more in the next few weeks I imagine. The only ones scheduled are the 3 LC games, the OF and the ICT v Celtic game.

As I recall the new TV deal (which has come in now? can't remember) is slightly different to the old one... back to 60 instead of 65, or something like that?... but given they don't seem to want Championship that still equates to 2 Premiership games most weeks. If 60, rate over opening 7 weeks - 10 games - equates to 59.7 games i.e. bang-on.
