That's the wishful thinking of the Remain supporters who are funding this legal action. It's ironic that they are using a firm of lawyers who have Royal clients. Of course, lawyers never turn down an opportunities to run huge bills and this is a massive opportunity. Triggering Article 50 can be done by the Government. It's merely giving notice, not exiting.
