It's the typical cycle of a Gordon Strachan tenure. Start as a wisecracking affable motivator and by the end turn into a negative, bitter and selfish impostor. Good manager with experience at a high level abroad and in the EPL. There's no suitable Scottish candidates anyway. Has to be someone from out with the gold fish bowl.
