crackerjack
Hope not if Malone is the fat beardie striker who huffed and puffed and managed 1 goal in 4 hammerings by Talbot, could not lace Robert Love's boots. The boy Love is top notch, can't believe Cumnock supporters who think the boy Montgomery (who was gash at Beechwood)is a player, are slagging Robert Love. Was delighted to read in a recent Chronicle that the Cumnock manager was going to stand by the squad he has a squad that lost 4 times against us and who's defence is clearly not good enough for the top league, six easy points for Talbot next season and the drop AGAIN for Cumnock. jimbaxters
The boy played in the top league and was part of a squad who won three competitions. Let's not be kidded here. The First division winners would give their eye teeth to have him back.

ayrshire blue
What a fantastic support the Talbot faithful are, a player that hardly featured for them, still back the player to the hilt, once u pull on that Talbot jersey, u will be supported, no matter of previous club, unlike their envious bitter rivals 😘

MangoBroccoli
Think all of this shows that Talbot just can't attract players (well, strikers) of the highest calibre anymore. The Talbot "fans" deserve credit for their appreciation of Love's contribution - any Cumnock fans who vilify him are off their rockers

(Not many left) 😂😂 A wee bit of information for you, in my recollection Talbot have had an abundance of Top quality strikers over the past 50 years at least so you obviously don't watch or know much about the team 😂

Willynilly
Saw love playing a few times. Absolutely whole hearted player and a handful for defenders. Only downside is his size but hardy wee guy and will be an asset to whoever signs him
TFW
Whenever he played there was never any question mark about his commitment. He read the line well and was rarely caught offisde. Scored some vital late goals for us, and as others have said he'd be an asset to any Super League squad.
Larky55
I was delighted for him when he scored a double against Beith late in the season. Tremendous work rate , with lots of skill. Fans favourite at Talbot, good luck next season.
