RandomGuy.
Aberdeen and Hearts both looking superior so far, Hibs are doomed though
ScoRoss
On a similar note, Celtic's individual coefficient is going to take a huge hit next season. The club's coefficient is over 5 years, so this is the last season they will benefit from their 16 points in 2012/13. In the 3 years after they got 16 points combined. Not sure how that'll affect their seedings for the Qualifiers though.
glasgow-sheep
Presumably that means Scotland's coefficient takes a hammering too
ScoRoss
Possibly. Got 4.300 points that season. The highest current total. And it hasn't been a great start so far for Scotland this season.

FairWeatherFan
Looking at some of the past seedings for the Champions path. A lower coefficient for Celtic would likely only affect them when it comes to the Playoff Round. So it would get a little bit trickier, but it's been hard enough for them already as of late. They'd also likely be a 4th seed in the group stage for quite some time.

That's 8 points. Just to query this. In line with UEFAs efforts to completely shaft the smaller nations such as ourselves, would this not only be 4 points due to qualifying round points only counting for 50% of 'normal' points?

In the qualifying rounds a win = 1 point and a draw = 0.5. So four wins each for Aberdeen and Hearts would make 8 points.

So for the most recent example Aberdeen have just added another 1 point for their win over Ventspils. Making it 2 points total for getting the better of them.

Regarding Hibs It's the result after extra time that counts. When Motherwell lost to Stjarnan 3-2 AET, it counted as a loss for the coefficient.

That's ridiculous, though not surprising with UEFA.
