First round of fixtures

Recommended Posts

Prince Boateng for Ghana and George Boateng for Germany played each against other in 2010 World Cup or 2014 if I mind right..

Just read something on the FIFA website about that, which mentions some other brothers who've elected to play for different international sides: http://m.fifa.com/worldcup/news/y=2014/m=6/news=boateng-brothers-prepared-for-another-meet-2353784.html

Interesting that two Scottish brothers both played international football for different sides, but neither of them for Scotland.

They played for the countries they were born in. Seems they didn't have a choice.

The only day I'm not working until after 7pm is:

Tuesday, June 14: Austria v Hungary (17:00, Stade de Bordeaux)

Tuesday, June 14: Portugal v Iceland (20:00, Stade Geoffroy Guichard, St Etienne)

Managed to get myself on 7-4 shifts for most of the Euros so I'll be able to catch most of the 5pm games. Should be able to time my lunch for the 2pms so I can watch the first halves. Pretty happy with that arrangement.
