- What's your greatest hope for this season?

Survival.

- And your biggest fear?

Getting pumped like a prozie.

- Most important player

At the moment, Doc and hopefully Devlin will re-sign.

- Cult hero/terrace favourite

Well Stevenson obviously, depends if he stays, likewise with Devlin, very likeable player who the fans have taken too.

- Keep an eye out for. (young player)

Craig McGuffie/Mick Wardrope.

- Player you'd happily drive to his next club.

Either Crawford or Donald, OK squad players though.

- What one change would you make at your club?

Behind the scenes, not too many football minds in the club.

- Have you got the right manager?

Most definetly.

- What advice would you give him?

Don't listen to the fans, stick to your guns.

- Which team do you most want to beat this season?

Everyone, no single team inparticular.

- Opposition player you despise

Again, there isn't too many arseholes I don't think, managers however, Alan Johnston is a c**t. That's coming from players both at and out with Dunfernline...

- Opposition player you secretly admire

John McGinn, easily play at a higher level.

- Where will you finish?

Would love to finish 8th/9th, think 1 or 2 teams who have been in the championship last season won't have that great a year.

- What's your greatest hope for this season?

Staying up sounds a bit pathetic, so let's say staying up comfortably and being at least in with a shot of the top 4 playoffs.

- And your biggest fear?

Relegation with a record low number of points and goals scored. It's probably more likely than my above dream scenario, and is something I'm genuinely slightly concerned about this season.

- Most important player

Hmm, that's a tough one, especially considering we currently only have 11 players. I'd say Garry Fleming - when he plays well we play well, but the experience of Darren Barr and robotic arms of Jamie Ewings will also be vital

- Cult hero/terrace favourite

Nade was the biggest cult-hero we've had in recent times, so I'm gutted he's away. The cult-hero area will need to be filled. Fans' favourite would have to be Garry Fleming.

- Keep an eye out for. (young player)

Donald McCallum, this will be a make or break year for him. If he'd work on his strength a bit he could be a cracking player at this level.

- Player you'd happily drive to his next club.

Grant Gallagher. As everyone knows I have an agenda against him.

- What one change would you make at your club?

It would be nice to know who the owners (based in Belize) who want us to move to the fantasy new stadium actually are.

- Have you got the right manager?

Absolutely no idea.

- What advice would you give him?

For the love of God drop Grant Gallagher, and try and attack away from home. Our woeful away record last season was very much down to some poor tactical decisions.

- Which team do you most want to beat this season?

Ayr, points from them will be crucial if we are to stay up

- Opposition player you despise

Pfft, despise, me? Jason Talbot.

- Opposition player you secretly admire

I don't know if he'll be in this decision next term, but Aidan Connolly was a class above anyone on the pitch when we played Raith last season. I'd love to have someone of his quality in a Sons' shirt

- Where will you finish?

Heart - 7th, brutal realist in me - 10th.

- What's your greatest hope for this season? Top 2 or 3 and up via playoffs.

- And your biggest fear? Another season like last that stumbles out of the blocks and never gets going.

- Most important player. Stevie Mallan will be key for us this season. If Hutton and Quinn allow him to get forward, he'll score even more this season.

- Cult hero/terrace favourite. Both favourites are now gone, I'd probably say Jason Naismith now.

- Keep an eye out for. (young player). Lewis Morgan and Kyle McAllister. Both youngsters who can improve dramatically with the correct pre season strength and conditioning training.

- Player you'd happily drive to his next club. Everyone I wanted gone, has gone. I'll say that most Saints fans will now see Jamie Langfield as the weak point in the side though I still think he's a good goalie.

- What one change would you make at your club? The board, they done miracles over nearly two full decades but we've stagnated on and off the park for years now. The fan bought initiative will live or die on June 19th and hopefully it will be pushed through. The club is on sound footing but everything seems to be done in such a lackadaisical and half arsed manner nowadays.

- Have you got the right manager? I didn't think so at first but he's spoken well, made us harder to beat, especially at home, takes no shite and has changed things about as much as we could have hoped for. I hope that we do.

- What advice would you give him? Keep doing what you're doing in terms of PR. Keep talking the club up and put a side out there that what it lacks in ability, will always make up for in effort.

- Which team do you most want to beat this season?

Obviously don't want to lose to Morton as the clock rolls towards 18 years. Other than that, I've nothing against them but Raith took 10 points from us last season and we should definitely be redressing that balance.

- Opposition player you despise. Hard one, there are no real Paul Hartley, Ross Tokely, Dougie Imrie types in the league anymore. Stokes is also presumably not returning. Is Kevin Thomson still back at Hibs? If so, definitely him. Oh and Paul Paton. He's a cock.

- Opposition player you secretly admire.

John McGinn and Darren McGregor though not that secret.

- Where will you finish?

4th

- What's your greatest hope for this season?

To challenge the upper reaches of the table and make a stab at the playoffs would be incredible, especially where we've been in recent years. So going up via the playoffs would be the greatest hope, definitely.

- And your biggest fear?

Biggest fear would have to be not getting a good enough squad together, losing AJ and faissal and coming straight back down. Unlikely, but still possible.

- Most important player

Andy Geggan, without question.

- Cult hero/terrace favourite

Faissal if he stays, of course. Super Joe if not.

- Keep an eye out for. (young player)

Ryan Williamson, first full season back at full fitness, if he gets a good enough start he'll be one of, if not the, best full back in the league next year.

- Player you'd happily drive to his next club.

Would have been Ryan Wallace but he's already gone. If he doesn't improve then McCabe for sure.

- What one change would you make at your club?

Much like any other clubs, all the day-trippers who show up for the big games but don't go normally to come more regularly.

- Have you got the right manager?

Absolutely.

- What advice would you give him?

Ignore the fans and stick to your guns.

- Which team do you most want to beat this season?

Well, as much as it would be nice to beat Falkirk and the Rovers, beating Hibs a few times would certainly make our mark as serious contenders.

- Opposition player you despise

Jason Cummings, shitebag with stupid hair, disappears in big games.

- Opposition player you secretly admire

Nobody that I would secretly admire to be honest, but Luke Leahy at Falkirk is a fantastic player.

- Where will yoo finish?

I think we'll be around the playoffs or thereabouts. Can see us having a great season with so many teams in transition periods. 3rd.

- What's your greatest hope for this season?

We introduce Stephen's steak and haggis pies

- And your biggest fear?

Dry bridies

- Most important player

In the unlikely event of us keeping El Bakhtaoui - him. Otherwise, Andy Geggan. Transformed under AJ in a tighter role.

- Cult hero/terrace favourite

The mothafuckin BRE, came from PTFC, in last summer's signing spree. Can be a bit suspect with simple crosses but nobody wipes out opposition strikers with such style.

- Keep an eye out for. (young player)

Ryan Williamson - right back. Was outstanding for us early last season before a broken leg put a halt to things. Similar dribbling style to Ivo Den Biemen.

- Player you'd happily drive to his next club.

Not a huge fan of Michael Moffat. Was superb for us last year but worried about his composure against better teams.

- What one change would you make at your club?

More season ticket updates (sorry - seaside league in-joke)

- Have you got the right manager?

Oh yes.

- What advice would you give him?

Tell BRE to persuade El Bak to re-sign

- Which team do you most want to beat this season?

Raith

- Opposition player you despise

Cummings looks like someone BRE will enjoy a tussle with.

- Opposition player you secretly admire

Cummings - can only go on the snippets I've seen but he doesn't seem to quite have the skills to back up the swagger. Like a striker version of Brad McKay.

- Where will you finish?

- What's your greatest hope for this season?

Getting to the playoffs...

- And your biggest fear?

Being relegated and being scudded off the neeburs.

- Most important player

Lewis Toshney. Utter rock in defence.

- Cult hero/terrace favourite

Probably Toshney again due to his willingness to play anywhere and solid performances.

- Keep an eye out for. (young player)

Lewis Vaughan if he can get back to his form from early last year following serious injury.

- Player you'd happily drive to his next club.

Scott Robertson didn't offer too much last season, admittedly he's probably more of a footballers footballer and didn't have a full preseason behind him.

- What one change would you make at your club?

Don't dismiss the fans views right away. Also, whinging in the paper won't get bums in seats. Admittedly they're very proactive and I wouldn't actually want to see any the board go. They all deserve credit for their efforts.

- Have you got the right manager?

Not as far as I'm concerned. We had a chance to get a positive appointment with potential. Instead we went for one with two seasons of not performing. Renowned as being tactically inept and being poor I'm very underwhelmed at the appointment. More than happy to be quoted on this if he's sensational, but I doubt it.

- What advice would you give him?

Don't sign Killie and Hearts old boys. Give Vaughan a chance. Don't play players out of position.

- Which team do you most want to beat this season?

Ayr, obviously....

- Opposition player you despise

Genuinely struggling to think of one.

- Opposition player you secretly admire

McGeough for Hibs. We played them seven times last season and lost 5. The two we won, he didn't feature.

- Where will you finish?

6th or 7th and underwhelmed.

- What's your greatest hope for this season?

To finish in a playoff spot at the right end of the table and win promotion via the playoffs.

- And your biggest fear?

Finishing lower down the table and being relegated.

- Most important player

Faiss if he stays, Geggan otherwise.

- Cult hero/terrace favourite

See above.

- Keep an eye out for. (young player)

Ryan Williamson has great potential, hopefully he can return to the form he had when he broke his leg last season.

- Player you'd happily drive to his next club.

Nobody, really.

- What one change would you make at your club?

Can't really think of anything I'd change. The club is finally being well-run by good people. We're in a good place right now.

- Have you got the right manager?

Definitely. AJ has made so many right decisions with us already, and with the one or two dubious decisions he's made, he's been able to justify his reasoning behind it.

- What advice would you give him?

No idea.

- Which team do you most want to beat this season?

Obviously wins over Raith and Falkirk are important for bragging rights etc, wouldn't mind a win over Hibs either, some of their posters seem like complete bawbags.

- Opposition player you despise

Cummings is a total fud, wouldn't say I despise him though.

- Opposition player you secretly admire

Gregor Buchanan is handsome as f**k.

- Where will you finish?

5th/6th.

What's your greatest hope for this season?

Promotion

- And your biggest fear?

Morton beating us for the first time in a generation.

- Most important player

Stevie - better than John McGinn - Mallan.

- Cult hero/terrace favourite

Above

- Keep an eye out for. (young player)

Lewis Morgan

- What one change would you make at your club?

New Board starting tomorrow.

- Have you got the right manager?

Probably. Did a great job of turning round the car-crash that was Ian Murray. Now on to the next level which is a distinct possibility considering the points we picked up after Xmas when Rae took over.

- What advice would you give him?

If you need advice give me a call.

- Which team do you most want to beat this season?

Morton to some extent to keep their pain alive but Hibs.

- Opposition player you despise

Despise is a strong word. Not a fan of Cummings though.

- Opposition player you secretly admire

John - Stevie Mallan is better than me - McGinn.

- Where will yoo finish?

1st. Championees.

What's your greatest hope for this season? Promotion, maybe even a performance in the cups to rival this past season

And your biggest fear? Failure to gain promotion

Most important player: John McGinn

Cult hero/terrace favourite: ^

Keep an eye out for. (young player): Scott Martin

Player you'd happily drive to his next club: Mark Oxley (although if he plays like he did in the cup final, Jason Cummings)

What one change would you make at your club? Both finals showed we're more than capable of filling Easter Road week in week out. Yes there are people who refuse to go back till we're either promoted, Petrie is gone or other reasons (out side of location, work or financial reasons obviously). But higher attendances means more money for the club

Have you got the right manager?  :1eye

What advice would you give him? If it ends up being Neil Lennon... Colgate

Which team do you most want to beat this season? Admittedly, Falkirk.

Opposition player you despise: Honestly.. none that I can think off...

Opposition player you secretly admire: Probably Craig Sibbald or Will Vaulks. Would love Hibs to sign either

Where will you finish? 1st

- What's your greatest hope for this season?

8th. Finnish above Ayr and Queens.

- And your biggest fear?

Finishing bottom. Losing our pt crown to Ayr.

- Most important player

Gregor Buchanan

- Cult hero/terrace favourite

Mark Docherty if he stays for his passion. Garry Fleming because he is a "local lad". Frazer Wright for being a legend.

- Keep an eye out for. (young player)

Donald McCallum

- Player you'd happily drive to his next club.

Mark Brown

- What one change would you make at your club

Making a bigger effort to advertise matches.

- Have you got the right manager?

Yes but he still has a fair bit to learn.

- What advice would you give him?

Don't shift a centre mid out wide. Play with two natural wingers. Have 3 decent striking options.

- Which team do you most want to beat this season?

Ayr (pt rivals), Falkirk (Cousins and Uncle support them) and Queen of the South away (would be nice to not get beat for a change)

- Opposition player you despise

Will Vaulks(overhyped, nothing special)

- Opposition player you secretly

admire

Liam Henderson (quality player)

-What's your greatest hope for next season?

Hopefully finish in the play-offs and have another good cup run.

-And your biggest fear?

Being relegated.

-Most important player?

Michael Tidser (when he regains full fitness)

-Cult hero/terrace favourite?

Tam O'Ware

-Keep an eye out for (young player)

Mark Russell, great full back with an excellent future ahead of him.

-Player you'd happily drive to his next club?

Andy McNeil

-What one change would you make at your club?

Sort out the commercial department, shambles

-Have you got the right manager?

Done all that's been asked of him so far but if we want to push on and finish higher in the league we need better imo

-What advice would you give him?

Stop playing 4-4-2 all the time and bring on subs earlier that 85 minutes

-Which team would you most want to beat this season?

St.Mirren, for obvious reasons.

-Opposition player you despise?

Not there anymore and can't think of another so I'll just go for Stephen Thompson

-Opposition player you secretly admire?

John McGinn, hate to say.

-Where will you finish?

6th.

- What's your greatest hope for this season?

Really pushing the bounds of what's possible but winning the title.

- And your biggest fear?

Being stuck in this midden of a league for another season.

- Most important player

Peter Grant, the difference in our defence following his injury was clear for anyone to see. The sooner he's fit and back in the team the better.

- Cult hero/terrace favourite

Bob McHugh and his last minute goals.

- Keep an eye out for. (young player)

Kevin O'Hara looked great in fits and starts last season. Hopefully we see Tony Gallagher getting some game time towards the end of the campaign too.

- Player you'd happily drive to his next club.

Dave McCracken gives his best but he's done. Makes too many mistakes and isn't athletic enough to recover.

- What one change would you make at your club?

A decent bar or beer tent at the stadium where fans can just pitch up casually. It'd help bring the fans together and create a bit more of an atmosphere at the ground.

- Have you got the right manager?

Yes 100%. I'd have given you the opposite answer last year but he seems to have learned from the mistakes he made in his first season.

- What advice would you give him?

Find a way to get Sibbald playing centrally behind the strikers. When we're a goal ahead, encourage the players to keep getting forward and don't be scared to retain possession.

- Which team do you most want to beat this season?

Hibs.

- Opposition player you despise

Jason Cummings although I quite liked his genuine delight at winning the Scottish Cup and the way he celebrated with the fans.

- Opposition player you secretly admire

I'll say if I rate an opposition player, no secret about it. John McGinn and Dylan McGeouch are fantastic players at this level.

- Where will you finish?

Second or third. We'll lose out in the playoffs again.

What? Vaulks was one of the best players in the league last season and has been linked with sporting Lisbon.

He just strikes me as pretty good at everything but I don't see any major strengths. Certainly a solid player though.

- What's your greatest hope for this season?

Win the league is my greatest. I would settle for staying up though.

- And your biggest fear?

None whatsoever.

- Most important player

Ross Docherty. An absolute machine before his injury. Hopefully the summer break and pre season will have him back at that level this year.

- Cult hero/terrace favourite

Nicky Devlin.

- Keep an eye out for. (young player)

Michael Wardrobe. With the exception on Conway & Crawford he is probably the only young player ive seen step into the team and look at the right level.

- Player you'd happily drive to his next club.

Paul Cairney. Really happy with who we have kept. Personally i would have Andy Graham over Murphy but Peter had a massive end to the season and if he can play like that he wont cost us as many goals.

- What one change would you make at your club?

Knock down that stand.

- Have you got the right manager?

Yes. He has turned us around from almost sinking to league two to a championship side with quite a few of the same players.

- What advice would you give him?

Wear the Ayr United sunglasses to the next Dunfermline game

- Which team do you most want to beat this season?

Dumbarton.

- Opposition player you despise

Darren Brownlie. Hopefully Jamie Adams is set lose on him.
