It's going to be interesting to see how our squad is looking when our season commences. First team wise, this is probably who we have:

Keepers: McGregor, McLaughlin

Defenders: Tavernier, Patterson, Goldson, Helander, Balogun, Simpson, Edmundson, Katic, Barisic, Bassey

Midfield: Davis, Jack, Kamara, Arfield, Lundstram, Ofoborh

Playmakers: Aribo, Hagi

Forwards: Wright, Kent, Roofe, Morelos, Sakala, Itten, Defoe

I think the level of player sales will largely depend on how we fare in the Champions League Qualifiers, but I'd probably expect a minimum of 2 to be sold while their stock is relatively high. Add in the fact that we are quite heavy in numbers at CB, I could see another two from there leaving or going out on loan so maybe 4 in total. I'd imagine Jones and Barker will be away so I've not included them.

I think Kamara will have a bit of interest off the back of an excellent season and solid enough Euro performances while the rumours continue to circulate Morelos so those two, for me, are the most likely to go for decent cash and I'd be disappointed if we can't get ~£20M-£25M for them combined.

That's the Uefa squad out and basically confirms who will be leaving. Katic, Jones and Barker will all be gone. Maybe Katic will go out on loan.

Keepers: McGregor, McCrorie

Defenders: Tavernier, Goldson, Helander, Balogun, Simpson, Barisic, Bassey

Midfield: Davis, Jack, Kamara, Arfield, Lundstram

Playmakers: Aribo, Hagi

Forwards: Wright, Kent, Roofe, Morelos, Sakala, Itten, Hastie

McLaughlin missing is almost as strange as Hastie being included in the squad, suppose it's down to the home grown rules.

Yeah same reason for both. McCrorie in just because he's Scotland trained.

Big call. From what I saw of him at Livi he wasn't great.

Yeah, he was better the second half of the season when he came back into the team though. Or at least that's what I heard.

An excellent statement from our Captain. It’s sad that it needs to be said, but the booing of players taking the knee last weekend is not acceptable.

He has highlighted precisely why they are doing it and anyone giving excuses of it being attached to a particular movement or political viewpoint can either shut up or f**k off.

Jones and Barker are welcome to leave.  We'll keep Katic in the first team squad, if not the UEFA one, though.

I could agree with that. I think he might go out on loan just to get regular game time so he can get back to his best.

He was better because he was on the bench, other than that he was absolutely rotten. His biggest weakness is dealing with crosses and low shots, his one redeeming quality is doing well with rushing out to through balls

RANGERS are taking on the SPFL over their £8million title sponsorship deal with car sales company cinch.

SunSport can reveal league chiefs are in a legal dispute with the Ibrox club over the £1.6m-a-year contract.

As part of the five-year agreement, clubs must prominently display the company’s logo at games.

That includes the Cinch branding on the shirt sleeves of jerseys and on interview backdrops.

However, Rangers faced Livingston at Ibrox without Cinch appearing on their shirts or around the stadium.

There was also no player named the ‘cinch Man of the Match’, as agreed by every other club in the country.

It’s believed Gers and the SPFL have been in talks over the issue for weeks regarding “the fulfilment of rights obligations.

I'm guessing Douglas Park isn't a happy man with this and, in his position, I'd feel the same.
