The question now is how bad does it need to get before the board bring in someone else. Do you think they can afford to sack him? Not just financially, but hes built the squad there with players who are relatively unknown to any manager who'll have experience in this league. Anyone who takes charge will likely take months to learn them, not as if they'll be a chance for them to rebuild until maybe next summer either.
