Remember Scott Allan do you think we are gonna deal?

Even if you had the money right?Which would be highly doubtfull cos we would want to double our money at least and he has options in England

Celtic are losing there best ones though. And the ones Rangers have signed were much better than last season

Punt the ones who are out off his plans add a few and we might have a shout next year

Poor form coming off international breaks cost us this year we threw it away

But Celtic done enough and deserved it canny argue with that one

Would love VAR next year though

The reaction every time Greegsy has a wee kickout at someone usually has everyone on here, well, seething for want of a better word. There was an absolute meltdown from fans of various clubs on the match thread yesterday.  In your case, for example, you're a Partick fan going from the Championship section to seek out the Rangers thread so you can have a go at Rangers by boasting that a club you don't even support (Celtic) are better than Rangers. That's peak seethe right there.
His disciplinary record throughout his career is actually not too bad. Most likely gets singled out by opposition fans (like Buffalo) because of how good he is.

It is interesting how every other goalkeeper in all 4 leagues appear to be able to do their job without aiming fly kicks at people, catching the ball then do WWE style elbow drops & just all round being a red faced angry mess if any opposition player dares to try to invade his territory. Bitter, seething mess of a man.

And yet, they say there's no more genuine heels in the business these days. Show's what they know eh?... :)

Hey, wait a second, didn't your own goalkeeper land a punch on Glen Kamara at Ibrox recently in the 5-0 game and get sent off? ( It did get rescinded but he clearly raised his hand as Kamara, to use your words, "dared to invade his territory".)

It was more of an elbow to the face. I think he more pushed his arm into his face than a swing to hurt him.

In no way can you compare what mcgregor done at the weekend to that. Absolutely nuts what he done. Still dont understand why he kicked out like that, absolutely no need.

There is quite a difference between putting your arms back down & touching an opponent as Bachmann did v the constant cynical shitebaggery that McGregor has been constantly indulging in all season. That red card was rescinded as there was no case to answer, although that was too late to redeem our chances in the Cup slim though they were. I would be very interested to hear the reasons why the laughably monikered Compliance Officer has not cited McGregor for a variety of pretty obvious offences this season, he clearly has an anger management issue that is genuinely quite troubling to witness.

However, just really making the point that with the level of players that Rangers are signing, these players are going to take them nowhere near Celtic next season.

I'd definitely agree with you there if I believed that Jones and Stewart were first 11 replacements for Kent but I don't think they actually will be. Gerrard referred to their signings as "low-hanging fruit" recently which was far too candid but does make some sense. Gerrard is signing back-ups for the squad from a pool of players who've previously performed in this league and who also cost nothing. A change from the signing of Grezda for £1m+ who can't even make the 18 man squads any more. Gerrard has definitely had more success with British players, including Scottish based players like Kamara, than he has from the Balkan markets.

I wouldn't put Hastie in that category due to his age. He's more of a signing for the future and one I'm actually very excited about. Signing young standouts from other Scottish teams is something Celtic have been doing for ages and Aberdeen too actually.

Land a punch? Aye ok, in your world possibly, but not in the real one.
