He's a good player with a lot of potential but this is crazy.

Liverpool will demand £12 million ($15.3m) for Ryan Kent this summer, with the young winger set to turn down the chance to join Leeds United on loan.

The 22-year-old is in demand following an excellent season with Scottish legends Rangers in the Scottish Premiership. Kent was voted Scotland’s Young Player of the Year having made 43 appearances for Steven Gerrard’s side, scoring six goals.

Leeds made a formal offer to take the Oldham-born wide man on loan next season, but sources close to the situation have told Goal that Kent’s preference would be to either stake a claim for a first-team spot at Liverpool or to join another club permanently

Rangers players again distinguishing themselves.  Jones and Davis helping Northern Ireland to 12 points in 4 qualifying games and Kamara the pivot in a 2-0 away win for Finland.

Two cracking goals for Scott Arfield in a training exercise for Canada against the might of Trinidad and Tobago.

Another non scoring dud taking up a sizeable wage, what’s not to like.

I thought Magennis was class for us to be honest.  Certainly wouldn't call him a dud.

You also need to factor in that he will just be allowed to smash people about as a Sevco player without any repercussions.

RANGERS can today confirm the signing of Greg Stewart on a two-year-deal.

The Scotsman joins on a free contract after leaving Birmingham City this summer. The 29-year-old had been on loan to Aberdeen for the second half of the 2018/19 season, having spent the first six months of the campaign with Kilmarnock.

The forward will now stay in Scotland to join Steven Gerrard’s squad having spent the majority of his career north of the border. This will be a return of sorts for the Stirling born player as he began his footballing career in the Rangers Academy.

His first senior club was Cowdenbeath, where he made over 100 appearances before moving to Dundee in 2014 where he spent two years. His time with the Dees saw him catch the eye of Championship Birmingham City and he signed a three-year-deal at St Andrews in August 2016.

He returned to Scotland on loan to Aberdeen for the 2017/18 season and now makes a permanent return with the Gers

Stewart has had approximately 7 mangers in his career and only 2 have managed to get him play to his potential , Hartley and SSC .

Good luck slippy

Of course he was a likeable football colossus when he was with us, that goes without saying. Just like Conor Sammon was too. Maybe Rangers could go for him as well.

I don't recall Kellman playing against us last season but had a look and he played for 60 minutes in Sep when we won 4-0.  Was he any good?

BUT I did scan the BBC report for Dec when we drew 1-1 and saw this cracker.  It really belongs in the shite journalism thread:

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/46416238

To play in excess of 70 minutes with just 10 men against one of the strongest teams in the league gives an indication of the mental strength McIntyre has instilled in his players in a short period of time.
