On the day: Our wee team lost in the final of the HK Soccer Sevens on a golden goal versus Newcastle Our big team lost to a more potent and determined Kilmarnock side BUT Alfredo was stop scorer in the premiership. On the season We had a great run in Europe We were shite in both cups We played some attractive football and were the best attacking team in the league We had horrific months: December and, especially, March In sum? He clearly hasn't been as effective at Aberdeen as he was with us and, goading aside, that's not because McInnes is a poor coach. There just didn't seem to be room for him to play his natural role at the Dons.
