forzapars Posted June 5, 2016 Share Posted June 5, 2016 As GTF day rapidly approaches and we make our way back up to the Championship thread, I would like to say thank you to all the League One clubs and their fans for the treatment and entertainment over the past few years. Whilst going up a division is always great, there's no doubt the quality of service and family feel about going to the football does disappear as you move up the leagues. Hopefully we will meet again some time, whether that be in the cups or in the league (hopefully that's your team coming up as opposed to us ever coming back down!). We had some good chats and "real" banter at the Glebe when we weren't segregated in the last couple of years. Thanks especially for your magnanimous comments when we came and had a real go while we were struggling on the day you won the league. We tried, but it wasn't enough against by far the best team in League 1 last season. Good luck in the Championship and I look forward to meeting up with you again.
