perthsaint1977
New lad from Millwall won the the penalty and free kick. Seemingly very decent performance.
The Real Saints
It looks like we started with a back five which included Tanser, Rooney and McNamara? In which case, one of those three must have played in a central position. Looking at the Saints match report, possibly McNamara? Unless we set up as a 4-4-2 with Rooney or McNamara as a wide midfielder/winger.

Parish McNamara - Gordon - McCart - Tanser Rooney - Wotherspoon - Craig - Trialist (Conway?) May - Hendry No idea what happened after the subs though.
The Woolshed
Any ideas why Clark didn’t start? Though we would be going as close to full tilt at this stage? Decent win though and hope it inspires early season form

Going to have to break players in gradually, and likely we're going to need the whole squad to contribute with quite an intense fixture list. Expect Zander will start the next one..
RandomGuy.
One of those weirdo Perth folk who "support" Saints as a second side, but go about wearing Rangers gear and sit in the away stand at McDiarmid in games against them, is getting chucked about Twitter by Rangers fans just now for supporting Independence. A great read.

Mr Positive, sometimes.
I know who he is and have seen him at McDiarmid. I think he works as a carer and takes a few of our disabled fans to games etc so good on him for that. He went to the same school as me and he's not a nice guy Edited July 22, 2020 by Mr Positive, sometimes.

perthsaint1977
He's not the only one missing either - no Kane, Booth, O'Halloran or Davidson. Just rotation. All should start away to st mirren over the weekend. Hearing that club hopeful 2 new additions made by the weekend.

I'd assume Conway would be one and either another wide player or central midfielder?
Mr Positive, sometimes.
If its not someone thats been training with us then probably another loan deal? Which IMO makes total sense. Can potentially attract players with a point to prove from "bigger" clubs for fraction of cost. Ala Butcher in Jan.
