Any names of possible left backs coming in? Hopefully someone with some experience

No names but Radford did list a handful of mostly Scottish available players. Few decent players in the list too.

Genuinely think its going to be the likes of Callum Booth or Tam Scobbie though.

McMillan away on season long loan to Falkirk

*shrugs shoulders*

Thats, effectively, his Saints career done. Interested to see how he gets on but not bothered in the slightest. Maybe harsh he was dumped so quickly while Kane gets chance after chance, but the fact he couldnt get into Hamilton's side last season was ringing alarm bells.

Good luck to David McMillan, wish him well.

Hopefully he can bag loads of goals and fire Falkirk back to their rightful place in Scottish football...

5th place in Seaside One

Just had a thought Falkirk have now a " Saints dream forward line",  Connor  Sammon, Deny Johnstone, David McMillian . maybe 1,5 years ago this was thought off if I remember correctly!

Riding high at the start of September  two years ago sitting equal 2nd in the table with Celtic on 10 points

Kilmarnock 1–2 St Johnstone

St Johnstone 4–1 Motherwell

St Johnstone 1–0 Partick Thistle

Celtic 1–1 St Johnstone Mannus, Foster, Shaughnessy, Anderson, Easton  Paton, Wotherspoon, Davidson, Comrie, O'Halloran, MacLean

A return to some of that form will do nicely.

Matty Kennedy training with Norn

 Ireland this week

Wiki has him as being born in Belfast, read somewhere else it was Irvine, Ayrshire though possibly that's just where he grew up and a bit of lazy journalism.

He played for Scotland at under14, 15, 16, 18, 19 and 21's, scoring a few along the way at different age groups.

Quite a pedigree, signing for Everton as a teenager, played in the championship for Cardiff etc.

Been a brilliant signing for us.

I believe his father was stationed in Northern Ireland with the army. I'm obviously pleased for MK but this the sort of situation I hate seeing with our national team.

Thd negative here is if he makes an impression with Michael O'Neill's side, it reduces our chances of holding on to him.

Let's be honest he's not getting near the Scotland squad, fair play to Matty for furthering his career, I think he'll do well.
