dundeefc1783
Gutted for Frampton always been one of my favourite fighters. Although he probably should have hung it up after the Warrington defeat. For such a small guy think he has struggled with the weight particularly the last few years and that has caused him to fight at to high a weight for a guy of his stature. Last night just looked like a complete mismatch but it's also clear he has lost some of his speed and sharpness and recently has looked slow and cumbersome in the ring. However he has had a great career and he also seems to be a right decent guy and has done a lot for Northern Ireland and seems to have being popular amongst all sides over there which is not something that happens often. Always thought in recent years particularly he has oozed class and conducts him self well away from the ring. Being such a big mate of Josh Taylor it's a shame he hasn't appeared to rub off a bit more on him. Josh really should be Scotlands equivalent of Carl Frampton but his conduct at times away from the ring holds him back imo.
Shandon Par
Really looking forward to Canelo-Saunders and Taylor-Ramirez. Watched a few Ramirez training videos and he looks a naturally big built guy who will need to shed a bit down fight time whereas Taylor looks pretty close to his fighting weight now.
J_Stewart
Kash Farooq’s on sky right now, boxing well, landing a lot of straight rights and hooks and seems to be hitting harder than previously. Won every one of the five rounds so far.
Neilly
I love watching Farooq his style is just an absolute joy. Probably lacks real pop to be a threat at world level but I'm going to enioy the journey nonetheless.
Shandon Par
Love some of the combinations from Farooq. So accurate with the hooks but it’s those two and three straight punch flurries that get me. So fast and must be so supple. Pretty sure a good few of those shots tonight would have sparked out many opponents. Some chin on the boy to keep taking them.
J_Stewart
Courteney - Bridges is a surprisingly good fight. The seventh round on particular had some great exchanges. Courteney the most skilled of the two, but Bridges is absolutely relentless. Good watch, could go either way.

supermik
Brilliant fight that. Right decision. Looking forward to a possible rematch.
Neilly
Bridges was fucking NAILZ. Limited but had it even going into the last two which Courtenay clearly won. I thought she would be insufferable post fight but fair play she was very humble. Cracking scrap.

J_Stewart
Fucking hell, Connor Benn just absolutely obliterated Vargas. Looked so sharp, fast and powerful. Beautiful clean right hook to start and then just a pummelling flurry of destruction. Some performance.
supermik
f**k off Macklin. Khan and Brook are yesterday’s fish supper paper. Benn deserves much better than them.
Biscuits
He was there to be hit. So I hit him.I like this guy
Neilly
Benn is an absolute savage. His timing is everything and hits like an absolute mule. He would take Khans head off but would be a good PPV payday for him before a Porter, Garcia or someone of that ilk.

Some performance. Was vargas complaining about the early decision?Completely justified as he simply didn't throw a punch whilst was taking a pounding. Why the f**k did he not just take a knee and give himself a bit of time to recover?
Shandon Par
Benn didn’t f**k about did he? Sure Eddie will go for a payday fight next rather than step him straight up. Liked Benn’s call-out/put downs of Khan after.

Liked Benn’s call-out/put downs of Khan after. Eddie's suggesting his next fight could be against Avanesyan for the European title

Liked Benn’s call-out/put downs of Khan after. The Khan fight would cost Eddie too much with little real reward. A good name for Benn’s resume but I don’t think anyone believes Khan is still a credible challenger now and Benn probably doesn’t quite have the reputation to the wider public just yet. No surprise he poured cold water all over it.
