kiddy
Watching the boxing tonight. Good win for Chris Billam Smith, Hoppey Price looks a talent, but needs to fill out a bit & I've just watched an extremely poor corner ask their boxer how he feels & if he wants to box on, during Fowler/Harper. When they should have stopped their fighter from taking a beating.
Detournement
I hope this woman walking out to Gerry Cinnamon gets sparked!
Detournement
It's been a good fight. Harper looks a lot fitter.
kiddy
Best advert for Womens boxing yet IMO. Range of punches from both has been phenomenal.
kiddy
Could go either way. So close.
kiddy
For that, I hope Gallagher's fight loses. What a dick at the end, lifting his fighter up. Both fighters should have hopes of winning.
kiddy
Couldn't disagree with a draw. Don't think anyone would disagree. Rematch in front of a crowd in 6 months?
Detournement
That's definitely worthy of a rematch. Jonas was great value and very good up close. Harper was stronger and fitter. Can't beat some blood stains as well.
DukDukGoose
A bit crazy to see Carl Frampton a lad who battered the school bully when I was in first year.

I've been asking about him, used to see him regularly around here. it's not looking good unfortunately. Not sure what's happening with his statue now, he said he wanted it outside the Omni rather than the bottom of the Walk. He wasn't in a good way before lockdown, guy I know used to write things in a diary for him to help keep him on track. Best British pro of all time imo.
J_Stewart
Traynor was a lot better than I expected him to be, but Frampton was just levels above, the body work that finished it in the 6th and 7th was quality.Conlon was pretty lucky not to be DQ’ed. Think I counted seven low shots in the first five rounds and I think had it been the other way round, Takoucht wouldn’t have been given so much leeway. Saying that, Conlon looked pretty sharp and will be interesting to see him get his chance at world level.
kiddy
Another one for the book of bad refereeing decisions.
Detournement
An investment banker beat the women's PfP #1 last night. Hopefully we see some male investment bankers step up to face Canelo and Loma soon. Edited August 16, 2020 by Detournement
