The Chinese FA just implemented a rule change limiting the amount of foreign players each team can field to 3. This rule used to exclude any Asian/Oceanic, which would have suited McGowan. Add to that his Mrs is from Edinburgh and it would make sense. Or so I'm hoping!Don't imagine Reid will sign unless Devlin goes, given we don't seem to have enough cash to attract a decent striker. Was fantastic at times, inconsistent at others. Plenty skill too for playing out wide and a good tackler/decent in the air too.
