Bang average manager. Who exactly was partly responsible for turning Suarez from a good player into one of the worlds best players? According to Suarez himself that was Brendan Rogers. He also got the best out of Raheem Sterling, Daniel Sturridge and Phillipe Coutinho when their careers were either non existent or faltering at that point. Give any of the managers in the world that you think are world class and give them a team with one world class player in it, and then remove that player and see how they do. He may be a success or he may not, but there's no doubt that one paper this is one of the most impressive signings in Celtic's history, especially when you consider the lack of money spent compared to the 2000's.
