I'm sure I've told this one before his step-son was in my Maths class at Dalziel during Simo's latter days at Motherwell. One time, as part of their annual Health Week, Dalziel ran a keepy-uppy competition. Many entered, by Samu absolutely romped it, ending up with over 1000 before he had to be stopped because he was already late for his next class. His prize for winning it? A signed Motherwell baw... An absolutely fantastic finish from outside the box if I remember rightly.Simo was my favourite well player during his time with us.
