If they play tonight then aye.

3 international level games in the space of a week seems like it'd definitely take it out you. I noticed Campbell wasn't involved with the u21s against San Marino yesterday, Maguire played the 90 and scored though...so that's nice.

Campbell was suspended, should be raring to go on Saturday

I'd like to think they'll actually come back fitter, sharper and with a dash more confidence, but I've been disappointed before.
No doubt we'll concede at least 2 this weekend. Keeping in mind Gallagher and SOD will have to go back to playing alongside Lamie - he makes Considine look like prime Paolo Maldini.

I really liked Jamie Semple. Where is he playing? As in position.

Aye, I kind of want him to be really good, with Turnbull having moved on it'd be nice to have another #baller cutting about the place. From the look of things he's playing in midfield as an #8.

IIRC Mo Ross had a bit of a dig at Craigan in one of his podcast interviews for not really knowing what to do with him. He was saying that when he took over the 20s Semple seemed a bit disillusioned and had just been nominally stuck out wide but Ross felt it seemed obvious that he had all the tools to be an #8. I've a feeling he was playing as a #9 in some of his games for Scotland.

He's an interesting one given all the hype around him when he was appearing for the 20s at 14, McGhee wanting him in with the first team at that age and the EPL interest.

There's a wee interview with him in the Evening Express talking about the loan - apparently Cove were keen on him last season before his injury.

If Semple ends up doing nothing for the rest of his career he’ll always be fondly remembered for his assist for that one two with the crossbar Turnbull goal.

In the director's cut of that goal he starts the move off on the edge of our box.

Spoiler
