jagfox
Just as well Neilson was watching Hamilton vs United reserves today...
CaptainDandy
McKenzie hasnt been sacked 'yet' but was told to stay away today. He's apparently trying to get his taxi round back full time as he has been doing it one day a week recently along with coaching.

Firhill_Basin
Given the players we had out in that reserve game today, that result is a fucking shambles, against a bunch of boys. Hopefully, somehow, this is the end of taking on the hordes of utter shite recommended by agents and pals which have increasingly filled our team and we can also reconsider our recruitment and give it some structure. Pie Of The Month
Elliott has stepped down as captain. Nightmare
I’m not surprised it was given to Elliott as he’s been around for so long and is generally reliable to be available for every game. By the same virtue, Doolan is the logical replacement. The problem is, neither of them are really captain material. And I can’t see anyone else in the current squad who is. You can see that when we concede a goal - they all just shrug their shoulders and trudge back to their position. No leadership, no accountability.
cilitbang
The only captains that stand out to me are O'Ware, Bannigan and maybe Erksine (but Erskine is going to be in the refs ear all game anyhoo..). The rest are just good little soilders.

Just to add to it he was overwhelmed with the professionalism of the club compared to Morton and really happy with his move here, he will be a future captain mark my words.
Flashman
Quite impressed by how Scott Allison came across. Wonder if he has ambitions of the top job at some stage?
Hammer Jag
Aye, it was refreshing from Allison. Talk is cheap, but it’s about time we asserted ourselves in this league. Not so cuddly anymore.
Firhill_Basin
I felt more optimistic and motivated as a fan listening to that interview than any interview I heard from Archie. Nice to see some aggression for once. The effort into analysis and the intensity of the training sounded much better in one week. Reid
Priorities for the new manager:- Find a competent right-back from somewhere.- Teach players how to make runs off the ball.- Get Miles Storey to f**k.
Walter
Not just Storey. Get Doolan benched too and have Mutombo and Quitongo on from the start.

Maine
I wasn’t there today but I saw from the Instagram page we were warming up at the North stand end, which end did we shoot into second half? Since the northstand became ours I’ve always wondered why we didn’t shoot up that way in the second half.
