I've not heard much of Grant to be fair, but I'm inclined to think he's just not very good at his job, rather than a moron.Caldwell was shite at his job and had a few other negative traits but he certainly isn't a moron. Caldwell is the worst type of moron. The guy thinks he is some footballing genius but without the self awareness to think he might be the problem when things dont go to plan. Just cause he sounds quite posh doesnt make him any less of a moron than a guy like Gordon Daziel, but at least Daziel knows hes a bit thick.
