Our injuries are getting really concerning. Is there scope for emergency loans, or do we just need to fire some academy players onto the bench like lambs to the slaughter.

With Sneddon (and Scullion?) out, I think we would be allowed to sign a goalkeeper on an emergency loan. There is nothing on the club website about Mason McCready who has been bench on the bench recently. Presumably, he's an academy keeper and it's surprising that McCall has not brought in cover for Wright. The alternative is to sign free agents but they would need a few weeks training to get match fit.

The artificial pitches in this league certainly won’t help regarding injuries ,we had a lot of injuries when Archie was manager maybe need to change the way we train we Are certainly not the fittest looking team in division

The artificial pitch reasoning is a nonsense excuse.

Firstly, there is limited evidence to suggest more injuries on artificial pitches. Just that there is a degree of confirmation bias that correlates every injury on the surface with the pitch. But we accept injuries happen weekly on grass without it being the pitches fault.

Also, if it was the pitches, every team in the division would have the same amount of injuries.

Argue all you want about whether games are worse on astrograss. But the additional injury stuff is a load of shite.

Training on a rugby pitch (longer grass) will have a bigger impact than astroturf. Style of training, warm ups, conditioning and recovery will have an even bigger impact. Does seem a bit of a coincidence since Archie returned so did our injuries

No way. Not having that. Look at all the shelf stackers and call centre staff who turn up injured for work on a Tuesday morning with an injury from their Monday night 5's. 🤣

Didn’t Spittal pull his hamstring yesterday on grass?

James Cairney on Twitter saying Breen is away for a scan on his ankle, another one added to the injury list.

It’s way behind a joke at this point, we are in a complete injury crises right now.
