RandomGuy.
Presumably you're letting someone ther than Low and Britton deal with your legal fight? As going by their previous actions they're more likely to harm the case than help it.

No, we've decided not to hire a competent QC to take charge of such matters and instead let Jacqui Low represent the club in court. Don't be so fucking stupid.
Ad Lib
What a waste of someone else's money we're about to make. On the topic of McCall he has unquestionably failed to live up to expectations. However it is worth observing that the season was called on the basis of points average. The points average of the Club during the period in which he has been the Manager of the Club is above that of both Queen of the South's and Alloa's. If you're apportioning blame it still mostly lies with Gary Caldwell, whose team picked up precisely two points in five games.

Ad Lib
This legal challenge is clearly going to fail, but if it doesn't Return To Forum Day is going to be some laugh. I'm collecting GIFs for the occasion:

Well her statement announcing it has presented this as entirely selfish venture and not for the good of Scottish football, and you're away to court to claim what you want is better than what we got, because what you want is not a selfish venture and is better for the game in this country. The SPFL simply have to say they gave all 42 clubs a chance to vote, point to your latest statement that says you're looking after yourselves, and say they made a decision based on the will of the majority while Partick arent.
Ludo*1
That final paragraph from Low has me lumping her in with Budge in the self-entitlement stakes. Jeezo.

I'd say theres a fair chance you get financial compensation, especially with the seaside season being delayed/shortened. Although since you've aligned with Budge, she would likely reject it unless Hearts themselves get compensation too. He tried to rebuild a broken squad, with new players during the season, I’d say 9 times out of 10, that doesn’t work. Although I’ll take point that it was starting to come together before lockdown. McCall signed Lee O’Connor as cover/competition for Williamson! Another gamble that didn’t pay off. It was a massive gamble, a massive risk, undeniable in my opinion. I had forgotten about O'Connor who was a gamble. We needed more experience, not youngsters, for a relegation battle. IIRC Gordon was moved to right wing back just before the lockdown. It does not matter if those signings were gambles or mistakes, McCall has not delivered. We should have nowhere near the bottom when the season was ended prematurely. Our recruitment over the last three seasons has been a disastrous waste of money. There have been too many recruits and loanees who've rarely played. Terminating at least ten contracts early must have been costly. Archie is as much to blame as the hapless and deluded Caldwell. Enjoy sharing a league with Clyde and Cove, whenever it starts again. Also enjoy siding with a woman who, just years ago, wanted every team in League One/Two punted out the league system.

Agreed, there’s several people to blame for the original downfall and then the continuation of dross.
