Sorry to intrude into your internal politics but congratulations and good luck with the playoffs. Whilst not yet totally confirmed with three games to go it won't be my lot depriving you of fourth place even if by some miracle we were to beat you next week.👍

Hmm i prefer to wait until the fat lady sings, seen it too many times before with the Jags.

The club as we know it is at one of its most dangerous times yet.

We are no longer run by a board, we are dictated to by Jacqui Low.

That same person has put none of her own cash either into the club, she now controls or the owning company that she now controls.

Whilst under her watch, not only have our own finances nosedived, but so has that of 3BC and a look at her own PR company Indigo has increasingly negative assets. Yet she’s positioned herself into supreme power.

She spins the handover of assets as a good thing, it was due to happen 28 months ago, and either 3BC or the club needs to find the tax to pay on it. Remember that when Propco was bought out by 3BC, the club as a stakeholder never received its cut.

She has surrounded herself with nodding dogs who don’t question, don’t challenge, and our so called “Fans Reps” on the board Alan Caldwell, John Penman and Andrew Byron should take a long hard look at themselves in the mirror, are they really fans looking out for the club for us or her playthings? It’s time to choose a side.

She is terrified of exposing the finances to due diligence and has taken todays stance because she’s been pressed, but it’s all coming out.

Jacqui you may think you’ve won the war, but you’ve not even come close to winning this individual battle, you’ve successfully created a growing collective that first and foremost wants you out, your disregard for the support was growing evident but your timing of the announcement 6 days before our biggest game of the season shows your disrespect for McCall and the full team.

You could have been remembered as the person who fulfilled Weirs wishes and helped hand over the keys, history will no longer be that kind you will be remembered the same way Master Bates was and respected to the same level.

Dreadful that this has been released before the big game vs Raith next weekend where we should be trying to get as big a crowd inside Firhill as possible. Can’t say I’m that surprised, it did look like TJF weren’t getting very far and 3BC’s denial of due diligence is a major red flag anyway.

We could secure a place in the Premiership promotion play-offs next weekend and as a newly-promoted side this season that would be a very good place to be and yet still the chairwoman/board seem determined to make sure there’s still a sour and negative atmosphere around the club (If I was McCall I’d be less than impressed).

This still concerns me very much, where has this money gone? It certainly is not listed in any accounts from what i have seen.

PR Jacqui strikes again, releasing this on the Saturday afternoon after a Friday right win. Knows exactly what she’s doing, but hopefully nobody is fooled.

We really need to get this parasite out of our club.

Thing is, Jacqui's still working to the Conservative Central Office PR Handbook for the mid-late 1990s when she was Michael Forsyth's spad and tried and failed to become a Tory MSP.

She apparently thinks the club's fans won't realise that both parts of the statement were by her, and are simply feeble spin and accusations, which amount to "we (I) don't like these fans asking questions - we'll find some other fans to deal with who are grateful for what we (I) tell them".

It also looks like a 1-0 win over Queen of the South wasn't a big enough good news day to trot out a mendacious press release about a power grab and a broken promise. Who'd have thunk it?

That should have been disclosed by Low to TJF's Board.

A related issue is whether 3BC/Low maintained the Colin Weir Stand and "bing" to the necessary standards.

There are concerns that the club needs to spend large sums on them and the rest of the stadium to satisfy the SFA's licensing requirements.

If so, where is the money going to come from - ticket price increases? Or will the club have to borrow and use the stadium as security?

That information should have been provided to TJF and passed on to the fans.

Worrying times!

Yeah the roofs need repaired/replaced on main stand and jh stand apparently on top of the pitch needing redone. Not good times!

If so, 3BC/Low did not maintain the main (Colin Weir) stand properly. What were the contractual arrangements between 3BC and PTFC for the use of the CWS?

Did the club pay rent and agree to pick up the repair bills? Was any "rent" offset against the club's share of the sale proceeds of the assets to 3BC?

Was 3BC/Low really "gifting" the shares to TJF?  Was her cunning plan to dump 3BC's shares, "assets", liabilities and blame onto TJF?

Can anyone be surprised that TJF demanded due diligence before the share transfer?

I see @Vinnyjag is negging criticism of J Low's power grab across various threads.  How about setting out your view, Vinny?

This has been his P&B schtick for a long time. Obviously he got a DM from Jacqui Low at some point in the past couple of years and so will happily defend her interminably as she drags the club he supposedly supports into oblivion.

Vinny is the exact sort of fan that Low loves. Easy to manipulate and too stubborn (or possibly just too thick) to even attempt to read between the lines.

Remember the time Jacqui Low was messaging some guy telling him what he could and couldn’t put on a banner saying f**k the SFA. Whilst being our actual chairman.

Or the time she kept Archibald in his job for far, far too long and then when she eventually punted him, appointed Gary Caldwell because he could use Microsoft PowerPoint.

Or the time she threatened to sue the club because David Beattie had called her out for making an arse of the finances.

Or the consistently abysmal and embarrassing statements under her watch.

An absolute fucking charlatan.

What is the current and future role of the PTFC Trust which was not mentioned in the TBC and PTFC statements on Saturday? There is no information on the website, just this page - https://ptfc.co.uk/club/whos-who/ptfc-trust/

ETA - note that the club section also has this out-of-date page on The Working Group - https://ptfc.co.uk/club/working-group/about-the-working-group/. Note that there's no information on The Jags Foundation that succeeded it.

Very depressing!

Ah the Partick Thistle Trust.

A fans organization that holds no elections, has no way of contacting and it’s board members were hand picked by Jacqui Low.

Welcome to the dictatorship

On a lighter note Chris Erskines graduation day today for the fire service congratulations well done squiddy

Might need him to put out the fucking inferno of a club we'll become if Low and her cronies keep going the way they are.

Getting to the point in the season where you start thinking about who you might keep of the out of contract players. According to the OS all the following are out of contract: Bell, Brownie, Foster, Hendrie, McKenna, Crawford, Gordon, Murray, Lyons and MacIver.
Out of that list the only ones I'd keep are Hendrie and Brownlie although I have a suspicion McCall will offer Crawford one. Still leaves us with a massive rebuild job again pretty much everywhere except in midfield where we're fairly well covered. Would mean as a minimum we're looking at a gk, 2x full backs (ideally one who can cover both sides), a centre back, at least 2 wide attackers with pace and 2x strikers.
