Is Lyons getting much of a game? He was excellent last season in linking midfield and attack and at taking chances when he got them. More of a left sided player but if he's not getting a game can we have him back please?

Comes off the bench a fair amount, but he’s not shown much. Willing to take players on, but he never seems to actually get past them.

I’d still give him a chance starting as the rest of our attacking players have been just as ineffective.

No. Only makes rare sub appearances. McCall has suggested that he has not adjusted to full-time football. It's strange as, Lyons clearly impressed in this league as a part-timer. Perhaps there is more to his lack of game time. He should be given a proper chance like Niang who was also  stuck on the bench but is now a first-choice starter.

I’d just give Lyons a start and see how he does, can’t be any less attacking than the likes of Murray just now.

Our problems are more than in attack. We have no crestivity in midfield. Bannigan, Docherty and Penrice are all defensive players. Maybe not Bannigan, he is just a sideways player( useless).

Well of course we have no creativity in midfield, we play a midfield 2 - of two midfielders who sit and play possession-based football. Bannigan’s been far from the useless cliche lately, but all about opinions. Our major problems are in attack, we’ve created many chances and not scored, and our crossing from wide areas has let us down at other times, that’s the issues. Not Banzo, or Doc, who by the way are just as crucial to the clean sheet record as the back 4, watch the way they defend (apart from last game, where I actually thought Doc had a poor match by his standards). Penrice, isn’t attacking enough for me to play left-mid permanently, he’s done okay filling in, but not a permanent solution, I’d move him back to left-back.

The Working Group for Fan Ownership have put out a Video this morning.

Really worth watching. Seems they've got their shit together and are moving in the right direction, at pace.

Several weeks back, we introduced a new mobile-friendly 4 column design to highlight appearances, scorers and assists for this season. We've now rolled out the concept to cover all 38 seasons which are currently archived. Since we began keeping records for these things several years ago, only one player has ever had an assists total which matches the top scorer for any given season. Care to guess who? See Squad Stats 2013-14 →

With mobile-friendly users in mind, we've also added a more basic version of the season pages, and these basic versions now serve as the primary menu to access our match hubs e.g. 2014-15 →

Our wider data tables remain in place for both squad stats and match hub menus, offering more detailed info for desktop and larger tablet users.

What’s the crack with Rhys Breen? Was he not on a season long deal with yous? Is he any good?

Seems like when it was announced it was for the season, may well have a recall clause in it though. Seemed okay for us, started a bit wobbly but seemed to settle alright. Always looked like he had a bomb scare in him (but what CB doesn't at our level).

Seems Rhys Breen heading back to Gers from his season long loan to you, Has he not featured much for yous? QoS seemingly interested in him for rest of the season... Thoughts...

Breen was out (broken ankle or ligament damage) for several weeks.

He was out for three  years out before he joined us - https://www.glasgowtimes.co.uk/sport/17640981.brutal-three-years-injured-rhys-breen-can-look-brighter-future-rangers/

Very brittle. Enjoy!

He only made a few appearances before getting injured. A couple of shaky moments but generally had a decent enough partnership with Brownlie.

Niang replaced him at CB and has looked better. It would make sense for Rangers to want to send him to somewhere like QOS instead now that he’s fallen down the pecking order with us.

Where is this coming from?
Not overly surprised though, as previously mentioned Niang has come in and looked the real deal in the centre of defence and has recently signed a new deal.

We had a young centre back on loan at Airdrie a few seasons ago who never once looked like he had a bomb scare in him.
Liam Lindsay was his name.

Not sure if this is whooshing me. In the early days Lindsay didn’t look like he would come good. He had one outstanding season for us when he got into the SPFL team of the year and then went to England.
As others have said, Breen looked decent before getting injured. Niang stepped up and grabbed his chance.

No whoosh. Liam Lindsay came to us and the pairing of him and Gasparotto was outstanding. Lindsay in particular for his age was commanding and looked a leader. No surprise that he went straight into your first team on return and played his way to a move.
