Two new faces in the pics shared on Twitter by PFA Scotland. One is Jai Quitongo. The other...?

is the other new guy sitting between Penrice and Erskine? Doesn’t look like the guy Petkov from Hearts going by their profile photos I don’t think?

Is that really Quitongo? Do we really need another injury prone player, espcially one that plays in the same position as Fitzpatrick?

We’ve had Banzo, Muzzy, Welshy and Fraser in the last few years, we need more than 1 permacrock in the squad c’mon!

Yeah, it's Quitongo. We are pretty good for depth in the attacking positions right now (especially if Coulibaly can play), but he's obviously talented and seems to be able to play in a few attacking positions.

Strikers - Doolan, Storey, Coulibaly
Wingers - Storey, Coulibaly, Fitzpatrick, Spittal, Mutombo
AMs - Erskine, Storer?

We don't need him - if signing Quitongo meant we missed out on defensive backup, I'd let him walk. Ideally we'll be able to sign both him and another defender, though.

Well I guess we signed Ntambwe (we'll be calling him Brice), so that leaves a CB + RB imo

I would prefer to sign a specialist RB because I don't see us finding a CB that can also play RB, fly up and down the wing - which is essential to the way we play (not being able to cross a ball hasn't stopped Elliot tbf..)

Hoping the signing of Ntambwe doesn't mean cameo roles for Fitzpatrick.   They seem similar players.     Fitzpatrick perhaps more attacking.

His assist for the goal against Celtic was magnificent for a boy of his age - 3 players with ease and a perfectly weighted ba'.      Get Brice on the bench on Saturday and keep him there if the boy continues to impress.

That said, I'm hauf cut and, like Archie,  I don't really take notice of their official positions.
