Had the budget allowed, there's no question that McCall would have brought Doolan back; he said as much when he initially returned and I had heard the deal was done to come back as far back as October. But I don't actually think McCall realised quite how guff the squad was or quite how much we were paying Kenny Miller (who has now chucked it because no team is daft enough to pay him anywhere near what his doss c**t pal did).
