Free to view interview with Caldwell up on the website, where he talks for 12 minutes about our 4 new signings. A total snore.
It's amazing how they've managed to make a near 13 minute video and we've learned zero we didn't already know. Quite a skill that.

Interviewer asks question, manager answers it, interviewer repeats managers answer in the form of another question, gets slightly different answer, repeat another three times.

Doesn’t sound like we’ll be announcing any new signings in the very near future.

The paywalled interview says nothing as well that isn't the usual "players don't come back a stone overweight these days" and "pre season isn't just running up hills any more"

Only slight morsel is that ST sales are up on this time last year.

Our interviewers can’t seem to ask questions properly either, which is really annoying.

It’s always just a statement like, “it’s good to have Shea Gordon back because he showed lots of energy and versatility when he returned from injury”. To which the only reply you’re ever going to get is a yes, followed by Caldwell or whoever just pretty much repeating the same thing but in slightly more detail.

what's the problem with announcing how much well get from Lindsay's transfer?

Saying that, if Alan Nixon is quoting a fugure, that's the figure we're getting

The deal’s not been completed yet so would be strange for us to say anything.

Because he hasn’t signed for anyone yet? Dry your knickers.

Seen more fucking stupdity about the rainbow kit from some of the younger fans so  far tbh.

The old board  had the cynical and probably correct view it didn't matter what the away top looked like as long as it sold which is why we had the pink camo effort which was hideous but sold out. This'll do the same regardless of how nice the top ends up being.

The reaction already from knuckle draggers on Twitter is grim. Not a fan of the current club leadership but extremely proud if the top is making the sort of statement that it looks like it’s making.

The rainbow kit, while a nice idea, is a huge risk from a sales perspective. There’ll be plenty fans actively avoiding buying it, if the replies on Twitter are anything to go by.

Bold move by the club though and they should be applauded for it.
